Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund，if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds are generally not accepted for non-quality issues. We ask that you only proceed with your order if you are completely sure about your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you may return the item for a full refund less 10% of the total product price plus return shipping costs.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that sales are temporarily unavailable in some areas, and the product cannot be shipped to the destination.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the freight for the products we sell is fixed according to different regions. The transportation method is generally sea to door, which usually takes about 30 to 45 days. Air to door service can also be provided if necessary.
